Description: Prepare pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) data for
        PK/PD analyses. This package provides functions to standardize
        infusion and bolus dose raw data obtained from electronic
        health record (EHR) databases while linking it to drug level or
        concentration data.
